Wine Making
Come Explore this ancient art as we unravel the mystery of turning grapes into wine! In two fun filled visits you will be guided by our expert wine makers as they help you produce 24 custom labeled bottles of your own private reserve. In the first visit you will have a wine tasting and select your varietal. You will then mix your batch of wine adding the right ingredients to your taste specifications. After the 45 day fermentation process, you will come back and bottle your wine using our state of the art equipment and customize your bottle with a private label. Bring some family and friends and enjoy the process together!
